Should you decide to move during your Nexamp Community Solar participation, please contact the Nexamp customer support team to discuss your options. If your new residence is eligible to be enrolled in our program, please provide our team with your updated address, utility account information, and a copy of your utility bill and/or any estimated usage costs so we can accurately determine how to best serve you.
If you know you will need to cancel, please give advance notice of your move out date to our support team. This will allow us to coordinate accordingly with the utility company, as we can only submit updated customer lists for our projects to them at certain times.
