Gift cards are delivered within 30 days after you’ve completed all enrollment steps and your community solar project goes live. Because eligibility depends on utility approval and project timing, this process may take a few months.
To deliver a seamless experience, we partner with Tremendous, a trusted third-party provider, to manage our gift card program. Once your reward is ready, you’ll receive an email from Nexamp Community Solar letting you know your gift has been sent.
Click “View Reward” in the email and follow the step-by-step instructions to select and access your Visa e-Gift Card, which can be used immediately for online purchases.
Your gift card can be used wherever Visa is accepted, as long as the purchase amount does not exceed your available balance. A few things to keep in mind:
- Visa gift cards expire 90 days after the date of issue
- Digital gift cards are designed for online use, but you can add them to Apple Pay or Google Pay for in-person purchases where accepted
- Transactions can be processed as either debit or credit
- If a billing address is required, use the address you entered when redeeming your card
- You can view your card details, check your balance, and track transactions through your card page, accessible via your confirmation email
