While there could be numerous reasons why you did not receive an invoice in a month as expected, a common occurrence is that our internal team is continuing to wait for the necessary data needed to create your Nexamp invoice from the utility. If the credit application to the bill has not occurred by your utility company, you may see more than one credit applied next month to catch up with the delay.
It is always our goal to invoice customers in a timely manner and our internal teams work diligently with the utility to rectify these delays. We apologize for the inconvenience, and if you are at all concerned about paying an invoice reflecting multiple months of solar generation, rest assured as we do not charge late fees or interest.
