You may cancel your community solar subscription at any time with no penalty. To cancel, please reach out to our customer support team via email at support@nexamp.com or by phone at 855-727-4636. Your cancellation is effective once the utility company removes your name from the subscriber list for your solar farm, and this may take up to 90 days (with the exception of Massachusetts, in which it may take up to 6 months due to local utility company rules). During those 90 days, your subscription is still earning community solar bill credits and you may see those credits applied to a subsequent utility bill. You will then be invoiced by Nexamp for those final credits. You will see the production period for your final credits on your final Nexamp invoice. You will not be invoiced by Nexamp for any credits from any solar production period beyond the 90 days after you've requested cancellation.
